Our funeral home in Smiths Falls is located at 112 Beckwith Street North. (Click the map for driving directions). The original stone was constructed shortly after the completion of the Rideau Canal around 1850. The structure remained as a private residence until 1937 when it was purchased by Harold and Grant Amy who converted it to a funeral home. The Blair family purchased it from Harold Amy in 1972, adding new visitation facilities and a chapel in 1976. The year 1998 saw the completion of a further addition with a new visitation room, preparation room, garages, and family reception centre. The creation of a new reception facility now allows families to have post funeral receptions or meals for small or large groups while in our care.

Both the Retirement Lodge and Nursing Centre are family owned and operated.
Costello & Company Monuments sell granite monuments and markers, as well as bronze markers, and manufacture concrete burial vaults. Cemetery lettering and restoration are available.
We opened our doors in 1947, and we are committed to the highest standards of workmanship and customer service. To achieve this we have kept our team small and employ only the best craftsmen. This hands-on approach has made us well known for our fully finished lettering, hand drawn artwork, and of course our dedication to achieving customer satisfaction.
At Kinkaid Loney we believe a properly crafted memorial should reflect the person it represents while at the same time being attractive and ascetically pleasing. Your memorial should be readable with proper lettering, and can be expected to last, literally, forever with little or no maintenance.
All monuments are not manufactured the same way. Different companies have different priorities. This often reduces choices and it certainly reduces the quality of results.
We provide custom work; we are not a mass production shop. Reducing production time is not in your best interest, skilled craftsmanship, time and effort are. A monument to which more work has been applied not only looks better, it is more economical. Please feel free to look through our site. We have guidelines on how to choose a memorial, the services Kinkaid Loney provides, and of course some information on who we are. If within these pages you do not find what you are looking for please call and let us help you.
