Congratulations to Natatia Gemmell, of Natatia’s One on One Fitness and the County Fair Mall on this exciting new business venture! Natatia Gemmell, will be opening Functional Performance Fitness in the County Fair Mall. Not only will the gym focus on functional movement and training; it will also bring in a team of health care and child care providers. Membership information  may not be available until Mid-November. Pleo and Open Doors have partnered up to present a confidential support group for parents and caregivers of children and youth (0-24) with mental health and addiction challenges. The group is held the 3rd Wednesday of every month. No pre-registration is required. Come and share strategies and supports, navigate the system, get better informed, and focus on self-care.
