Smiths Falls Trainfest

Get ready for the 4th annual  Smiths Falls Trainfest, taking place on August 24th and 25 at the Railway Museum of Eastern Ontario. The weekend will feature a variety of vendors, exhibitors,demonstrations and workshops. Come out to the museum to view a variety of scale- model displays, or pick up some missing items for your collection from the vendors on site. Take a handcar ride or join in the free workshop offered Saturday and Sunday, which include whistle-making and tree making tecniques. Healthy Living in Smiths Falls!!!

Saturday June 22, 2013 was the very first annual  Healthy Living Festival in the downtown area of  Smiths Falls. There was  something for everyone. There was a rock climbing wall and the kids enjoyed climbing and challenging themselves.Then the inflatable obstacle course was a hit as well. The obstacle course presented by “Coach Brian” was a great hit with adults and kids alike trying to beat the best time.
