Annie will talk about what to expect and preparing for 150 with particular focus on:
First Impressions, Quality & Consistent Service & Leaving them with a memorable experiences that will not only bring them back, but have them recommending Smiths Falls and your business to the other tourists they meet along the way.

Before settling just outside Smiths Falls, Annie lived in cities across Canada including, Quebec City, Montreal, Nova Scotia, Ottawa, Burlington and Vancouver.
Annie holds a BA in Drama from Bishops University and also a BA in Education from Ottawa University. She has worked for Parks Canada for 15 years in a variety of positions including Front Line – Locks, Stakeholder Relations & Partnering, Communications, Media Relations, Strategic Issues Management, and currently Visitor Services Lead – 22 Staff from Ottawa to Kingston (most of them students!)
Her expertise also comes from her 10 years working in Hotels in the following capacities – Waitress, Bartender, Hostess, Banquets, Front Desk, Guest Services Manager (Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza Hotel Georgia Vancouver, Crowne Plaza Ottawa) and Service Excellence Management Trainer with UniHost / Westmont Hospitality.
